From line 98 to 99:

dialogue with any member who has established links with an organisation listed in Annex I.[Space]

(c) calls on the sections to contribute to campaigns against the far-right within their countries, including those by other organizations.

Reason

The reasoning for this is similar to the previous amendment. Not every national section is big enough to organize a campaign that can significantly contribute to counter the far-right. It is therefore important to encourage and coordinate local organizations to contribute to this movement.
