From line 103 to 104:

a. Define which organisations and individuals are associated with FROIs; bFROIs with approval of the Federal Committee;b. Monitor FROIs activities;

Reason

It's not right to give the right to formally ban some people or organisations from being contacted by JEF Europe to 2 people in the TF. There may be situations where the JEF community thinks that an organisation is just a right wing person, which is okay, but the TF thinks they are far right. So I would suggest that this list be approved by the FC
