12. Deploring that the EU is outsourcing migration management flows by entering into agreements with third countries (Albania(, Egypt, Libya, Mauritania, Tunisia and Türkiye)Türkiye, Senegal, Lebanon and Jordan) often without adequate human rights safeguards;

Reason

The EU doesn't have official agreement with Libya nor with Albania (only Italy). Instead there are new agreements with Senegal (to be signed soon) and Lebanon and Jordan.
