deportation centres, which raises serious concerns about compliance with fundamental rights; demands stronger oversight of Frontex from the Commission and the Parliament in order to ensure the compliance with EU values;

Reason

Frontex is already largely forced to work within the EU's human rights framework. However, the problem is that this is not followed. Therefore, more civilian oversight is neccessary to ensure that the demand is actually followed up on and Frontex is scrutenized if they do not adhere to this framework.
