Delete from line 217 to 219:

30. Demands the expansion of youth mobility and civic engagement programmes, ensuring that refugees and vulnerable groups have access to student exchanges, volunteering initiatives, and youth projects with optional financial support

Reason

While we think it is important that everyone has access to these opportunities, including vulnurable groups, we think that this is quite a broad term and - the way it is phrased here - includes all vulnurable groups besides refugees. However, this resolution is about migration and should therefore be focused on refugees and not other groups as well.
