Insert from line 140 to 142:

The office hours of the Secretariat are 09:00 to 18:30 Central European Time unles during JEF events and activities where Secretariat members are the organisers and have extended working hours. These working hours need to be respected, with no pressure exerted to work outside of office hours.

Reason

Secretariat are sometimes working overtime during specific events during which they can still be contacted, e.g. FC in Belgrade
