From line 102 to 103:

acknowledging that the Bilaterals III package already provides access to key EEA programmes including Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Digital Europe, and Euratom;Euratom, and recognizing that this step could be skipped by directly applying for EU membership, which remains the desired end goal;

Reason

I am proposing this development of article 2 in order to make it clear that the EEA is not a necessary step, while keeping the rest of the article and maintain our support of Switzerland joining the EEA.
