Resolves that decisions on the creation of a new language edition should be made by the national or candidate section of the country/countries where the language is widely spoken, jointly with JEF Europe; Resolves that decisions on includinga new language edition on the publishing software should be made by JEF Europe, taking into consideration the views of the Editors-in-Chief of all the language editions;
