4. Recognises that the JEF Europe PresidentSecretariat should act as the responsible party regarding the English language edition of the web magazine and for the multilingual space, thereby holding legal responsibility for the publications;space;

Reason

This is not the job for the President, its the job for the staff or an EB member with the specific portfolio. Its up to you if you want to add the EB insted of Secretariate, but don't put it on the president
