representatives of the language editions will review the status of the publishing software and will appoint responsible people for the technical management and, if needed, an upgrade of the publishing software, the costs of which will be shared by the language editions impacted; the social media platforms, discussing possible changes, and working in partnership with the JEF Europe Executive Board - and in particular, the Treasurer - to implement said changes.;
