“Article 6.04 Renewable Energy Acceleration. The New Member States shall reach
at least 60% renewable electricity within 30 years of entry into force with the
following interim targets: Year 10 ≥25%, Year 20 ≥45%, Year 30 ≥60%. Firming and
flexibility (storage, demand response, interconnections) are eligible. Nuclear,
where in line with Union taxonomy and safety acquis, may count toward firm
low‑carbon adequacy but not renewable shares.”
