Article 5.03,06: Joint Cyber Defense Command A Joint Cyber Defense Command Center shall be established in one of the New Member States, leveraging their expertise to provide enhanced cybersecurity and resilience for all Union digital networks.Joint Military Training Centers The New Member States shall host and fund the establishment of three (3) new Joint Union Military Training Centers, specializing in hybrid warfare and border security operations. we combined this two articles that each countries should provide both of the centres together;cyber defence and military training centres should negotiate, regular citizens will not be able to know actually place and situationships inside the centre, but these three countries will exchange partnership.
