Calls for the introduction of new EU own resources based on non-collected electronic waste and the strengthening of the existing own resource based on non-recycled plastic packaging waste under the 2028–2034 Multiannual Financial Framework, while advocating for dedicated European investment in circular economy infrastructure, recycling capacities and secondary raw materials through the European Competitiveness Fund.
