From line 368 to 369:

Every threetwo and a half (2.6)5) years, JEF Europe, in consultation with past Host Sections, shall conduct a review of the FC/EC Zero Standards.

Reason

2.6 is a wierd number when talking about years.

And why should we change the normal lapsing period of a resalution from 2.5 to 3 years? My suggestion - leave it at 2.5 years
