CALLING for the transition toward fully paperless Federal Committees by 2027, whereby all statutory documents and proceedings are managed exclusively through secure digital platforms tested by JEF Europe;
ENCOURAGING the reduction of paper use at Federal Committees, with the long-term aim of digital-first events where accessibility and local conditions allow;
