Insert from line 135 to 136:

The GMN email shall explicitly state that the recommendation is not mandatory and that it is up to the participant’s availability of options and capacities.

This GMN shall not serve as a form of prioritisation or benefit in a way that disadvantages or excludes participants living in remote geographic locations, or that prevents diverse and inclusive participation.

Reason

As it currently stands, the text puts individuals who reside in remote geographic locations, including islands, at a disadvantage, and it can give rise to a non-inclusive environment.
