Within fifteen (15) days of the event's conclusion, a voluntary validation survey shallmay be circulated to participants to account for any changes in travel plans (actual vs. projected). The survey is optional for both participants and the hosting section.
The final data shallmay be included in the FC Environmental Impact Report.
