A formal notification shall be sent to the participant via email by JEF Europe in conjunction with the Host Section following their confirmation of selection. The email will include the Mobility emissions estimate and encourage participants to choose different transportation means to the hosting city.
Such a message may be sent by email following confirmation of selection and may include the mobility emissions estimate.
