Priority shall be given to venues and accommodations that hold green labels and certificates, demonstrating strong energy efficiency, responsible water usage, and compliance with recognised sustainability standards. Specifically, for the venues, where feasible, the aim is to utilise natural lighting and minimise unnecessary energy consumption.

Certified venues and accommodations may be considered where available. Hosting Sections are encouraged to pursue climate-appropriate energy efficiency.

To ensure objective standards, the Host Section shall favour venues and accommodations that hold verified third-party certifications. While specific labels may vary across Europe, the following are established as primary benchmarks:
