  • Taking note of initiatives such as the Circular Economy Action Plan (CEAP) and the Circular Economy Act at the core;

  • Recognising the European Commission's Clean Industrial Deal and the forthcoming Circular Economy Act as well as many other legislative initiatives that contribute to a genuine Single Market for secondary raw materials;
