  1. including guaranteeing the recognition and protection of the rights of their family members based on those ties;

Calls on Member States to prohibit conversion practices targeting sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, ensuring the prohibition explicitly covers practices framed as religious or pastoral care, the advertising of such practices, and the funding or organising of travel abroad to access them, while safeguarding genuine pastoral support and gender-affirming care;
