    18. Calls on the Commission to include the protection of freedom of assembly for LGBTQIA+ communities as a monitored indicator in the annual Rule of Law Report, and to consider restrictions on Pride marches as evidence of democratic backsliding in assessments under Article 7(1) TEU;
