Insert from line 174 to 175:

  1. effective protection of the rights of Regional and Minority Languages speakers;

    20. Calls on the EU and its Member States, Candidate countries and Members of the EEA to guarantee the right to independent living under the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, ratified by the EU under Council Decision 2010/48/EC, recognising personal assistance as a fundamental right and ensuring its public funding and availability as a precondition for persons with disabilities to participate fully in society;
