  1. effective protection of the rights of Regional and Minority Languages speakers;

    20. Calls on the Commission to make accessibility for persons with disabilities a binding condition of all EU structural and cohesion funding allocated to housing, to propose minimum accessibility standards for new residential construction, and to ensure EU institutions lead by example by making all official communications, public consultations and parliamentary proceedings accessible in International Sign and compliant with web accessibility standards;
