  1. indigenous peoples, and working in collaboration especially with Sámi to ensure the fulfilment of these rights;

    21. Calls on Member States with Sámi populations to ratify ILO Convention 169 on Indigenous and Tribal Peoples, and to ensure the Sámi Parliament's right to free, prior and informed consent is respected in all decisions affecting Sámi land, livelihoods and culture;
