Insert after line 64:

  1. The Chamber of European Citizens shall have the power to elect the President of the European Government following European elections, as well as the power to elect the European Government which is subsequently proposed by the President elect of the European Government;
  1. Both the President and individual ministers shall remain democratically accountable to the Chamber of European Citizens, including through votes of no confidence;

Reason

Similar to Moritz's amendment. The purpose of this amendment is to give the FC choice whether to leave the door open to a presidential system or not. This is the parliamentary system version.
